To the Esteemed Elenwen, First Emissary of the Thalmor:
Loki Black-Scar’s disappearance is an even greater problem than Kethrina realizes. He will be intent on revenge as she believes, but her destruction of the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary has made him a loose cannon. I sincerely believe Loki will not only hunt Kethrina, but also us.
I have several of my agents thoroughly searching the sanctuary for any clues Kethrina might have missed. If there is any clue as to Loki’s whereabouts, they will find it.
I hesitate to suggest this, but considering how dangerous Loki would be to us and our allies, it may be necessary to provide Kethrina with some kind of hint or clue, discretely of course. Though she is a war criminal and a traitor, she has the best chance of dispatching him.
On another note, I strongly recommend disciplinary action be take against Ondolemar. He actually met and had a conversation with Kethrina when she visited Understone Keep. She even stole an Amulet of Talos from Ogmund the Skald for him. I suspect she did it out of amusement. The entire time, Ondolemar made no attempt to arrest her. He did not even seem to recognize her.
As always, I will continue to update you regarding Kethrina’s movements.
