After years of intensive searching, we have finally discovered the whereabouts of the Tel'kiira Kethrina, the Bosmer traitor and assassin for the Imperial Legion.
It is well known that Kethrina assasinated several high ranking Justiciars and wizards during the Great War. Her executions were so effective and so cunning that we are not even certain how many of their deaths were her doing and how many were accidential.
We have recently discovered that Kethrina has relocated to Skyrim, but has yet to establish any form of permanent residence. She may be returning to her mercenary roots and camping in the wilderness. However, she eventually must seek out a village or town to find employment.
My network of covert agents extends all across Skyrim. The moment Kethrina enters even the smallest of villages, we will know, and the moment we find her, our justiciars will capture her.
I promise you, Tel'kiira Kethrina will pay for her crimes against the Dominion, and her name will become synonymous with murder and deceit!
