To date, there have been no sightings of Tel’kiira Kethrina. There have likewise been no sightings of her unique spectral horse.
Two days after the incident at the Thalmor Embassy, a large parcel was found sitting on Jarl Elisif’s throne at Castle Dour. The parcel contained several items, most notably an Elder Scroll. There were also numerous documents, including all of Kethrina’s journals. There were also journals belonging to someone named Gerrick, who we believe was the Thalmor agent whose body was recently found in Ironbind Barrow, north of Whiterun.
Finally, we found a Memory Crystal device (what elves call an “Enyalie Palantir”). What is strange about this is that the remote for this device, which is normally implanted inside a person’s head, was also included. Our records show that Kethrina had such a device, but we currently do not know how she was able to safely remove the remote. A strong residue of magic was found on the remote, so it’s quite likely magic was involved in removing it.
Reports from my spies indicate that Kethrina has not returned to her house in Riften, even to retrieve her belongings stored there. The city is controlled by the Stormcloaks, so it will be difficult to gain access.
